We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Hounslow. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children in KS1 and KS2 who have diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Application Requirements:

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Show strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Be adaptable, empathetic, and able to differentiate instruction to meet a range of needs.
• Hold a valid DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one).
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and teach engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the SENCO to provide personalised support.
• Monitor and assess student progress, setting achievable targets and providing constructive feedback.
• Manage challenging behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and calm learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
