I am working with a leading construction contractor who are seeking a building services fabric technician to join their mobile fleet, servicing building fabric maintenance on one of their flagship maintenance contracts.

Location: Watford & surrounding areas
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Minor plumbing repairs (sink flow checks, taps, toilets, kitchens)

Lamp/ballast changes

Building services fabric maintenance experience
Consistent career history
C&G / NVQ in a trade (desirable)
