A leading legal practice in South Devon is seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join their modern, friendly team. The firm offers a forward-thinking work culture, and the role is suited to individuals with experience in legal cashiering or professional services, ideally holding AAT Level 3 or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing daily banking and cheque runs
- Stamp duty tax payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Conveyancing bundle checks and completions
- Cashiering, invoicing, CHAPS/BACS transfers
- General administrative support
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and a Legal Finance Assistant, with training and support provided. The firm offers a competitive salary, pension scheme, and an excellent work environment.
