We are on the hunt for an experienced Paid Search Manager with a passion for optimising digital marketing campaigns. Our client, a prominent retail company, is seeking a talented individual to join their flexible marketing team. This role is crucial for driving the strategic acquisition of new customers and enhancing the value of existing ones through paid search channels. Hybrid: 3 days in the office - London Bridge, up to £51k + bonus

Position Overview: As the Paid Search Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to improve and build Google and Bing campaigns. Your efforts will support the company's international expansion, particularly in core markets like the UK, US, and Germany. You will champion digital marketing within the business, interfacing with key senior colleagues up to the Board level.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop and manage existing paid search marketing campaigns, ensuring performance goals are met through budget management, creative development, and proactive analysis.
Strategic Development: Identify and develop new opportunities to generate new customers and increase sales through new channels and business models.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics (CPN, Conversion Rates, CTR, CPC, Demand, and Contribution) to improve efficiency and achieve cost targets.
Collaboration: Work with the Ecommerce team to recommend new content for paid campaigns and build strong relationships with agencies and suppliers to access the best services and technologies.
Reporting: Conduct in-depth reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, providing insights and recommendations to the online team and senior management.
Customer Retention: Support the customer retention marketing team to drive repeat purchases and reactivation through online channels.Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience in a similar role with excellent paid search expertise at a minimum Executive level
Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
Experience managing digital agencies and working within a busy environment.
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving KPIs.
Proficiency in online marketing platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and strong knowledge of Adobe/Google Analytics.
Familiarity with audience management tools, product feeds, Merchant Centre, and tag management.Why Join Our Client?
