• Overseeing day to day operations of the global payroll team
• Liaising with Product teams. 
• Manage launches for new countries
• Driving growth, process improvement
• Leading a large team across various countries
• Automating payroll processes and improving tools
• Liaising with external partners. 

  What experience do you need?

• Experience within a hyper growth business
• Experience leading large teams across a multitude of locations
• Strong global tax & labour knowledge across EMEA countries
• Strong management experience
• Budget owning experience
