Resourcer

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Recruitment resourcer to work in our Reading office. You will be required to qualify, book in and register new candidates for our client base in Reading. Sectors, Industrial, Driving, Commercial. Duties will also include speaking with clients, filling bookings, assisting candidates with the application process.

Requirements of a Resourcer:

• Be comfortable on the phone speaking with existing and new candidates 
• Be able to qualify new candidates in our pre registration process
• Be able to put on registered candidates on to our in house system
• Outgoing and Confident
• Team Player
• Be able to work at pace

  Details:

• Salary: £12.00ph - £13ph
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 40 Hrs Per Week
• Location: Reading
• Duration: On Going
