Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet.
- Manage assigned inboxes and ensure prompt responses to clients, participants, and suppliers.
- Address and resolve complaints, escalating them when necessary.
- Adhere to budgets and processes for order completion and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate order records using agreed formats and processes.
- Utilise strong Excel skills to manage reward uploads, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, pricing, and supplier setup.
- Process orders following internal procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop ideas and support communication plans.
- Work within project plans and briefing documents to ensure successful project execution.
