Robert Walters are working with a client seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you'll join the Enterprise Systems team & be responsible for implementing new features into their CRM and delivering complex solutions.

Main Responsbilities:

• Work with an agile software development team, working closely with the Product Manager.
• Gather clear and concise requirements
• Prepare business requirements, document 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes and deliver process flows and maps
• Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole

Experience Required:

• Working in Product teams & understanding Agile methodologies
• Experience of implementing new features into Enterprise CRM or large scale Enterprise Systems
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems
• Strong Stakeholder management
• JIRA
