Concrete Boom Pump Operator (HGV)

We're seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving concrete pump trucks across project sites in the East of England. Working 45hrs per week Monday - Friday, plus the opportunity for overtime and weekend hours!

Person Specification:

* Prior experience operating concrete pumps or similar heavy machinery.

* Full HGV License with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC.

* Valid NPORS Card.

* AnEnthusiastic, reliable, customer-focused, and punctual individual

* Strong communication skills for positive internal and external relationships.

* A good level of mathematical understanding.

* Knowledge of health and safety protocols.

* Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.

* Flexible in your approach and willing to learn all aspects of the business

Main duties & responsibilities:

* Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors or supervisors to properly park and set up the truck

* Operate the boom and concrete pump to precisely place concrete as instructed, emphasising safety and accuracy.

* Load and unload concrete pump attachments, ensuring safe usage.

* Clean concrete pumps daily to maintain good working conditions and minimise breakdowns

* Ascertain that all safety precautions are put into place before, during and after each project
