Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting on behalf our client for a full time Electrical Project Manager in London.
My client specialises in delivering outstanding electrical solutions for both new build and refurbishment projects. Including those within commercial, residential, public and education sectors, as well as data centres and networking.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an Electrical PM role working on Cat A, Cat B, S&C projects. Project values up to £5M.
Role
1. Report to the Senior Project manager/Project Director/ Operations Directors
2. The Project Manager will be site based and have responsibility for commercial, delivery and the day to day management of the project they are appointed to.
3. Key role within the business is the successful delivery of all elements of works on time and to budget.
4. Work closely with our clients, the Principle Contractor and professional teams to ensure an on time
seamless delivery of the project ensuring client satisfaction.
5. You will be required to manage and administer the project in accordance with Companies Group processes and quality assurance
6. Report any domestic or external key issues at the earliest opportunity to your line manager
7. Build client and consultant relationships during the project to provide an opportunity for future business
