Packaging Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Location: Stockport

Salary: £30,000

Shift: 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday)

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a team of 20 across three packaging lines to deliver on targets

Keeping production running smoothly—solving problems before they escalate

Monitoring efficiency and reducing downtime & waste

Ensuring quality & compliance with food safety and operational standards

Training & developing your team to improve skills and performance

Working closely with other departments (engineering, quality, and production) to get the job done

What You'll Need:

Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (essential)

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production/packaging setting

A hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards
