Permanent.

Clean Driving License Required.

Working closely with the team you will be responsible for the day to day Electrical activities within social housing environments.

Responsibilities;

* Day to day electrical installation/maintenance activities

* Electrical installation

* Test and Inspection

* Work safely in housing sites.

* Maintenance and repair.

* General works.

Ideal experience;

* Preferably NVQ level 3 in Electrical installation

* Am2

* 18th Edition

* 2391 or 2394/95 Inspection and testing

* Experience in Social Housing
