We require an electrical project manager to join a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £50m and a busy order book of upcoming projects in partnership with leading main contractors across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors to initially deliver a notable £25m M&E government building refurbishment project near Kings Cross.

Reporting to an MEP Project Director you will join from an early stage pre-construction going to site early next year to act as electrical lead to deliver the project through to PC.

Key duties include:

• Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management.
• Health & Safety management
• Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
• Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
• Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Management and briefing of personnel.
• Resolving installation and access issues.
• Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
• Programme and project planning
