IT Support AnalystTo be the successful candidate, you will need

• Develop and support the Ivanti Service Manager product.
• Review, develop, and maintain the product lifecycle.
• Enhance request capabilities by building manual and automated request offerings.
• Review incoming requirements and provide design and build estimates.
• Build, test, and deploy to production.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the existing environment.
• Assist and provide cover for other Ivanti products as needed.

Proficiencies you'll need to succeed

• Ivanti(Service Manager, EPM, Neurons, Heat, Automation and Identity Director or Similar)
• ITSM
• Intune
• Azure
• Knowledge of Windows OS/Branch lifecycle
• Intune for Autopilot / MDM (Personal iOS/Android Enrolments)
• Software Packaging
• Patching processes
