Post Completion Manager  SJC is managing the recruitment process for a Leading Top 20 International Law firm. As a Post Completions Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the post completion process for both the Residential and Commercial Property teams in Leeds whist overseeing juniors and assistants within the department.The Role
  • Work closely with the paralegals and Solicitors in the Residential and Commercial Property teams
  • Oversee, manage and delegate work to the support staff in the Post Completion team
  • Handle Registrations
  • Deal with Land Registry Requisitions
  • Deal with Discharges
  • Liaise with Lenders
  • Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
  • Ability to use Lender and Land Registry portals
  The Candidate
  • An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property Law
  • Proven experience as a Post Completions Executive/Manager advantageous
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
  • Good working knowledge of Land Registry
