Post Completion Manager SJC is managing the recruitment process for a Leading Top 20 International Law firm. As a Post Completions Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the post completion process for both the Residential and Commercial Property teams in Leeds whist overseeing juniors and assistants within the department.
The Role - Work closely with the paralegals and Solicitors in the Residential and Commercial Property teams
- Oversee, manage and delegate work to the support staff in the Post Completion team
- Handle Registrations
- Deal with Land Registry Requisitions
- Deal with Discharges
- Liaise with Lenders
- Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
- Ability to use Lender and Land Registry portals
The Candidate - An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property Law
- Proven experience as a Post Completions Executive/Manager advantageous
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
- Good working knowledge of Land Registry
