Responsibilities:
Work with the client to provide information for meetings
Organise meetings and build presentations
Collate information to provide quotes
Be the first point of contact for the client and build a strong relationship ensuring communication is timely
Use inhouse system to record all activity and information for the client portfolio
Provide support to directors and managers
Raise invoices and chase payment where needed
Use Excel spreadsheets to log data
Skills
Have at least 6 months Finance experience
Have great attention to detail
A good user of Excel
Have a good understanding of Employee Benefits and salary sacrifice
Have excellent verbal a written skills
Be a natural relationship builder
