The Role of the Customer Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognised company has arisen for an Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Deliver high-quality registration and certification support for the company.
- Provide accurate financial data
- Data entry
- Support with exam marking, raise invoices and purchase orders
- Support training centres via email and telephone.
- Deal with ad hoc queries.
The Candidate:
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail
- Will have a warm and friendly telephone manner
- Administrative experience
- Good IT skills across the Microsoft suite
- Committed to delivering an exceptional service to customers
