We are recruiting a HGV Class 2 driver for our Telford based client. The hours of work are between Monday to Friday. You must have a minimum of 2 years class 2 driving experience. The role would involve working in the warehouse aswell, so an FLT licence would be an advantage. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Paying £13.80-£17.25 P/H .

Role of Class 2 driver

Driving and Collections

* Carry out collections of electrical waste according to the daily schedule, Collections cover majority of the UK including but not limited to London, Cornwall and Wales.

* Safely load, secure, and transport goods to and from specified locations.

* Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues to management.

* Complete relevant delivery and collection paperwork accurately including waste documentation, counts, and scanning onto spreadsheets.

* Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during collections.

Warehouse Duties

* Assist with the breaking down of equipment for further recycling.

* Carry out shredding of various equipment such as boards and HDDs.

* Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch or delivery.

* Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.

* Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.

Working hours

* Working hours: 40, 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime paid at a premium after 40 hours.
