Electrical Engineer - Heavy Manufacturing Environment

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off- 2D/2N 7-7

Salary: £48,000 + 25 days holiday + stats + 4.5% pension

The Company

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction based products. The company is extremely well established with over 150 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their market place. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced mechanical engineer.

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering and have experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment. You must have experience and knowledge of PLCs, electrical motors and pneumatics.

You will be involved in a variety of projects on site and be the focus from a mechanical point of view of good H&S awareness, PPM systems and process improvement on site. Ongoing training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.

KEY SKILLS

* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering

* Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery

* Must be Health and Safety conscious
