Vision for Education is currently recruiting an English Teacher for an excellent academy in Blackpool to start January 2025

The role 

This role will be to start in January 2025 with no confirmed end date.  You will be teaching English across Key stage 3 & 4.with the expectation to pick up some additional lessons of general cover.

It is essential that you have QTS and be a subject specialist in English . Whether you are an experienced teacher or an NQT - this role would be suitable for you.

The school is based on the Fylde Coast near Blackpool and has recently been praised for its continued improvements in all areas.  The school has been described as friendly and supportive, with a proactive Senior Leadership team.

Requirements 

To be considered for the English Teacher position, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

• Have experience teaching in Secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE and or A level.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
