German or other EU Language Speaking Payroll Executive
Location: 2 days per week office based in lovely Manchester city centre office
Salary: £32K - £36K is the desired range. Any higher would be a maybe not definite

We are working with an excellent large blue-chip company who we have been working in partnership with for a while.
They have a vacancy in their international payroll team for a European payroller. This company is HQ'd in Manchester. They have a gorgeous office right in the middle of the city, and the requirement is 2 days per week in the office. They may consider 1 day per week, though it is not their preferred

The person they need
- Strong payroll experience and knowledge in any given European territory
- Fluent German or French, Italian or Spanish
- Knowledge of German or local payroll issues, such as some knowledge of the benefits and tax codes etc. within the country
- Someone with good Excel skills
Duties:
- Sitting within the payroll team and supporting employees who are on the international payroll
- Co-operating closely with HR to roll out and manage benefit schemes and other deductions
- Performing transactional payroll activities
- Providing a great service to these internal employees and answering their queries
- Dealing with expenses and travel reimbursements
- Processing changes of salary, changes of tax codes etc.
- Dealing with pension and private health deductions and submissions
- Liaising with their outsourced payroll provider
- Extracting necessary information for the payroll provider to process
