An established and well-invested food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join their team on a permanent night shift. Supporting a small team (yourself and one other), you'll take ownership of planned maintenance, breakdown response, and ensure all work is completed safely and to the right standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example during night shifts, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance

Support one other engineer, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and safely

Drive high standards across health and safety, compliance, and quality

Contribute to ongoing improvement and reliability initiatives

What we're looking for:
Time-served engineer with strong mechanical or electrical skills

Previous leadership or mentoring experience is desirable

Background in food, FMCG, or similar fast-paced manufacturing environments

Proactive, hands-on, and safety-conscious approach
