Senior Business Support Officer

£25 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 months )

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Business Support Officer in Haringey. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

Responsibilities include:

• To attend on, and off-site, open days to promote job opportunities in the youth centres, etc- this may, on occasions, be in the evenings for which prior notice will be given;
• To participate in interviews on-site in the youth centres - this may, on occasions be in the evenings for which prior notice will be given;
• To manage end-to-end recruitment activities in a timely manner including issuing contractual documentation and co-ordinating pre-employment checks
• To accurately record information in databases and produce reports reflecting recruitment timelines and providing status updates escalating where applicable

The candidate:

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity for a local authority is essential
• Previous experience supervising others is essential
• Previous experience in recruitment / resourcing / on-boarding or similar is essential
