What You'll Be Doing:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, ensuring their academic and personal needs are met.
Assist teachers in implementing and adjusting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to suit each child's unique learning style.
Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that nurtures students' confidence and social skills.
Help with daily classroom activities, ensuring all students feel engaged and included.
Work closely with families and carers to share updates on student progress and celebrate their achievements.What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in SEN support is welcome but not essential. A compassionate and patient approach is key.
Creativity and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with teachers and families.
