Project Manager

Location: Windsor
Project: 80 Bedroom Hotel Refurbishment / Fit-Out
Scope: Includes refurbishment and new build paddle courts, with landscape elements
Salary Package: Up to £70,000 + £5,000 car allowance + private healthcare + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate

We're excited to support our client, a respected interior fit-out contractor established in 1989, known for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial, residential, and aviation sectors across the UK and internationally. Our client's strong order book reflects their commitment to excellence, with further projects lined up in Oxford following this project's successful completion.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of an 80 bedroom hotel refurbishment project. This role involves overseeing mainly refurbishment works, along with new build paddle courts and landscaping.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in delivering commercial construction projects

* Stable work history; please indicate if any previous roles were part-time or contract

* SMSTS and CSCS certifications

* Easily accessible to Windsor and Oxford sites, within a maximum 1-hour travel radius

* Valid driver's license for site mobility

* Good command of English (oral and written)

* Previous 10 years of employment history, including reasons for leaving past roles

* Experience in the hospitality sector, especially high-end refurbishments within listed buildings

* Bonus: Civil works and landscaping experience

* Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline

* Strong administrative, budgeting, client relations, and project management skills in all facets, including design, drawing control, health and safety, staff management, planning and scheduling, procurement, quality, and leadership

* Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Procore or similar construction software

* Current valid certifications for all relevant construction courses

Desirable Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Black Card

* NVQ Level 6/7 Construction Management
