Your Role

As a KS1 ECT Teacher in Year 1 or Year 2, you'll play a crucial role in guiding young learners through their formative years, helping them build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. You'll have the freedom to bring creativity into your teaching, fostering a love for learning through engaging and interactive lessons.

Create a Stimulating Learning Environment: Design and implement lessons that capture students' curiosity and encourage active participation.
Differentiate for Diverse Needs: Work with pupils from various backgrounds, employing strategies to support all learners and meet their unique needs.
Utilise a Creative Curriculum: Integrate exciting elements such as storytelling, art, and music into the classroom, making learning a memorable experience for young minds.
Collaborate with a Talented Team: Participate in planning and assessment meetings, benefiting from the expertise and support of a dedicated team of experienced educators.
Foster Student Wellbeing and Growth: Encourage independence and resilience in students, nurturing their personal growth alongside their academic achievements.

Candidate Requirements
