Clinical Pharmacist neeeded tp start ASAP in Private hopsital in Cardiff **

Location: Lovely Private Hospital, Cardiff, Wales

Position: Clinical Pharmacist (Long-Term Locum Contract)

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months

Working Hours: Part-time, consectutive 3 days a week within Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: £42.00 per hour (£995 per week / £3,780 per month before deductions)

Trident Healtchare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our private clients team at a lovely private hospital in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term locum contract, offering a supportive and friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting ward rounds and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

* Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications.

* Reviewing and managing patient medication plans.

* Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

* Educating patients and healthcare staff on medication-related issues.

Requirements:

* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

* Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
