They are actively seeking an experienced Design Director to join our team and lead our design efforts while contributing to our work-winning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the design team in developing creative and strategic design solutions for commercial office fit-out projects.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgetary constraints.

- Pitch design concepts and proposals to clients, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking to secure projects.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning themsleves as a trusted partner.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high design standards.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance competitive advantage.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in design and construction.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a commercial office design and build fit-out contractor.

- Proven track record in work-winning, with demonstrated ability to pitch and secure design projects.

- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
