Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

£22.73 - £25.52 per hour

Temporary 12 months

Must hold full UK driving licence and own vehicle (Business Insurance and Mileage allowance)

Need HNC or equivalent in relevant field of study, asbestos awareness training, working at height training and manual handling training.

My client has a new vacancy for a Building Surveyor to work within their Area Surveying team.

The Area Surveyors attend our customers homes to inspect reported defects, agree repairs, arrange equipment and order materials to facilitate the completion of work. The Area Surveying team are required to have extensive knowledge of building defects, able to identify defects, causes of water ingress and remedy causes of damp. We have a zero tolerance approach to mould across our housing stock, and this role will support us in our approach to damp/mould/condensation.
