HGV Class 1 Afternoon/Late shift Drivers Required
£16.00ph - £19.50ph depending on day worked

We are currently recruiting for reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for regular ongoing work Monday to Sunday. This is an ongoing requirement with a #removed#:00 shift patter - more hours potentially available.
Day to Day Role:
* Vehicle checks to be completed daily and to report any defects accordingly
* Ensure loads are sufficiently secured before transportation
* Transportation of goods and deliveries to their intended destinations in a safe and timely manner
* Ensure all POD's are signed and completed in line with company policy
* Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy manner at all times
* Follow company procedures and maintain contact with the transport office informing them of potential delays
Role Requirements:
* Full UK driving license, DQC Qualification and Digital Tacho Card
* 2 years' Class 1 commercial driving experience (Req)
* Excellent Knowledge of EU Working Time and Driving Time regulations (Req)
* Reliability and punctuality is an essential part of this role
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude towards work
* Experience of Curtain side and/or Container and Hub run is essential
