We are looking for a dedicated Legal Administrator to join a team in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties within a legal setting, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role: - Opening files on the system and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conducting ID checks for clients in compliance with legal requirements.
- Liaising with clients by phone and email, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required to support the legal team.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to maintain accurate records and files.
