Parts Advisor
Location: Cambridge 
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 basic + bonus, OTE up to £29,000
Hours: 42.5 hours per week rotating hours, week 1: 7:30am - 4:30pm and week 2: 8:30am - 5:30pm.

I am currently seeking an Parts Advisor to join our client in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run company with a great environment, performance incentives and benefits.

Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
Regularly updating the parts database
Providing excellent customer service Parts Advisor skills required:

Proven experience in a similar role in the motor trade ideal but not essential
You must have experience with stock control and stock ordering
