Our client is a global B2B Media business who are seeking a Conference Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in organising high-quality conference programmes for events, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop event content strategy and plans based on customer insights, needs, and behaviours.
- Create high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats tailored to different visitor personas.
- Identify, secure, and manage high-profile speakers from leading organisations.
- Collaborate with sponsors and their customers to align event content with exhibitor and visitor objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support audience acquisition through compelling messaging.
- Contribute to content marketing strategies by creating engaging content for events.
- Partner with the sales team to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities that align with exhibitor needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishing communities and internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content and conference production.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to deliver top-level programmes under tight deadlines.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to explore new markets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
