St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our team based in Longbridge, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, high-performing Finance Manager from the Construction industry to develop a high-performing team with excellent processes, controls and expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading the Management Accounting team, ensuring accurate maintenance of the general ledger (COINS)

*

Managing the production of Finance reporting including monthly management accounts

*

Work alongside the FP&A and Commercial Finance functions to ensure accurate reporting against budget

*

Managing a small team

REQUIREMENTS:

*

Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or qualified by experience

*

Previous experience within the Construction industry

*

Track record of managing, developing and growing teams

*

Driven, assertive and positive, with a can-do attitude and inquisitive nature
