Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Telford for a Press Brake Setter on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known reputable business in Telford.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday
Rotating 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm

Pay: 

28,978 per annum

Duties and responsibilities as a Press Brake Setter

Loading and unloading of parts.
Quality Inspection of parts using equipment and gauges
Working from engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of Brake Press Setter.
Maintaining and cleaning equipment the equipment
Keeping the workspace in an organised manner
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Skills and qualifications require as a Press Brake Setter

Previous experience of press braking
Previous experience of Amada machines would be beneficial
Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings
Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
A Team player
The ability to work on own initiative.
Good attention to detail and high standards of work ethic
Must be reliable
Professional
Ability to do overtime when necessary (Weekends/weekdays)
