My Client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their dynamic team on a 7-floor Cat B commercial fit-out project. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, and handle any contractual issues that arise. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management:** Oversee all aspects of the 7-floor Cat B commercial fit-out project, ensuring high standards of work quality, safety, and efficiency.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.

- **Contractual Management:** Address and resolve contractual issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant contracts and agreements.

- **Health & Safety:** Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with the client, project team, and all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.

- **Resource Management:** Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project milestones are met.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required specifications.

- **Document Management:** Use Asite or similar project management software to manage project documentation, track progress, and ensure all project information is up-to-date and accessible.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with commercial fit-out projects.

- **CSCS Card:** Must hold a valid CSCS card.

- **SMSTS Certification:** Must hold a valid SMSTS certification.

- **Contractual Knowledge:** Strong understanding of construction contracts and experience in dealing with contractual issues.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using Asite or similar project management software.

- **Leadership:** Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve project challenges effectively.

- **Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

- **Additional Certifications:** Any additional relevant certifications or training will be considered a plus.
