It is a permanent vacancy based out of my client's SW Essex office and will be responsible for covering their contract in Hackney, East London.
The role will involve:
managing voids, responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and dis-repairs.
Salary will depend on experience and ability and remuneration will also include a company Van for travel.
