Barker Ross is recruiting for Manufacturing Assembly Operatives for a night shift for our client based on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.

You will work as part of an assembly team in a manufacturing environment assembling, quality checking and packing cables and connectors.

Hours are:
Monday-Wednesday 18:00 - 06:30am (paid 36 hours per week).
Overtime may be available.

Pay rate: £15.17 per hour
Overtime pay rate : £30.34 per hour (double time or £22.76 x 1.5)

Role profile:

Our teams build the full range of our products within recommended assembly and packing times and are always ensuring the highest level of quality standards throughout the production process.

You will need to Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with the company regulations and standards. The role would suit candidates with proven experience in a manufacturing assembly role.

You will be required to both work within a team and independently to complete tasks and products.

Requirements:

Ability to work as part of a busy team

Flexible to attend overtime when required

Self-motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic

Good time-keeping and attendance

Keen, adaptable with a positive attitude
