Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to work nationwide on a variety of hospitality / commercial fit outs including pubs, restaurants, hospitality etc. This is starting as a freelance position and will turn to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job duties:

* Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations

* Organise and manage subcontractors on site

* Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress

* Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

* Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

* Must have detailed commercial or hospitality fit out experience

* Must have strong organisational and communication skills

* You must have your own van

* You must be able to work away nationwide
