We are looking for experienced EYFS/ Early Years Teachers and ECT's looking to gain experience and kick start their careers!

As an Early Years Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, implementing developmentally appropriate activities. You will also assess and monitor each child's progress, working closely with parents and colleagues to support their growth and development.

Salary Scale: £120-£225 (based on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Teacher you will be designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and lessons to foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs and encourages positive behaviour.
As an Early Years Teacher you will be observing and assessing children's progress, documenting their developmental milestones, and using this information to tailor instructional strategies.
Collaborating with parents and guardians to discuss each child's progress and address any concerns or needs.
As an Early Years Teacher you will be working closely with colleagues to plan and implement a cohesive curriculum and to ensure a consistent approach to early childhood education.
Maintaining effective classroom management and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
As an Early Years Teacher you wil be supporting the development of early literacy and numeracy skills through interactive and creative activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher status (QTS)  
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one.  
Ability to mark and plan exciting lessons for students that are in accordance with the syllabus.
Experience of working within a primary school setting.
Create positive relationships with staff, students and governors.
