THE COMPANY

Global leaders in the transport sector are seeking a Research Manager to come in and drive key research projects. If you are someone who is passionate about taking initiative and delivering insight, this role is for you!

THE ROLE

As a Research Manager, you'll be leading customer panel projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver key initiatives and planning and scripting surveys. Your role will be using a range of research methods to uncover insights and the 'why' behind customer behaviour.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Customer Panelling
• Mixed-Method Research experience
• Survey Scripting experience
