Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and to a high standard.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians to meet productivity targets and maintain excellent service standards.
• Communicate with customers, keeping them updated on repairs and timescales.
• Collaborate with the parts and service departments to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workshop.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, or a Senior Service Advisor or Technician looking to take the next step in your career.
