You'll be a key player in making sure our clients have a smooth experience with us. From handling inquiries to coordinating with other teams, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly for our accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with key account contacts via email, phone, and Teams.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by solving issues efficiently.
  • Manage assigned helpdesks and customer portals.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly.
  • Process purchase orders as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to solve customer issues.
  • Support key account users on customer portals.
  • Join and contribute to team meetings.
  • Support sales
  • Gather and report data for key performance metrics.
