Outstanding Opportunity" for an experienced ER Specialist who enjoys working independently as the "go to person" for a caseload of complex ER matters and has the ability and experience to act as the point of contact for ER case management at a business

THE ROLE:
This is a new role in the business and has full and total responsibility for all ER case work across a key region of the UK. Working from home with fortnightly visits to their Derbyshire office to attend meetings, this role offers full and total overall responsibility to handle all levels of ER casework across a specific area of the UK.

The ER Specialist will act as the primary point of contact and expert on all ER cases, covering day to day ER cases up to and including highly complex difficult and sometimes sensitive ER cases. You will be the trusted specialist on all complex ER issues. This is a heavily regulated and compliant sector and the ER Specialist will be used to working in an environment where accuracy, and following process is paramount.

Working as part of a wider UK collaborative HR team and stakeholder group all ER cases will be directed to you and the ER Specialist will champion best practices and foster positive employment relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD qualified.
Previous experience working in a ER specialist role working in a fast past environment.
Previous experience working on highly complex and difficult ER cases.
Must have a varied history of ER casework and high caseload levels.
Ideally worked in a heavily regulated industry.
It would be an advantage if previous experience has been gained in healthcare sector, social care, NHS, public sector divisions, manufacturing, education, retail or FMCG sectors.
