Key Responsibilities:

* Perform pest control treatments and inspections for a diverse clientele, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

* Identify infestations, provide tailored solutions, and apply the appropriate treatments.

* Maintain precise records of your work and customer interactions.

* Offer expert advice to clients on pest prevention and recommend additional services when relevant.

* Adopt a proactive approach by identifying opportunities for further work in neighbouring properties or associated businesses, expanding the service reach and potential revenue.

* Use a brand new 24-plate company van equipped with modern conveniences, including AC.

* Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* BPCA Level 2.

* Previous experience in pest control.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage a structured schedule within your designated area.

* Willingness to travel within London (no long-distance travel).
