All Square Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join a dynamic team on their late shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, specifically Citizen and Miyano machines, to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, particularly Citizen and Miyano models, to produce high-precision components.

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.

* Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools to maintain product standards.

* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

* Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements for the role:

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with strong programming, setting, and operating skills.

* Proficiency in operating Citizen and Miyano CNC Multi-Axis Lathes.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work the late shift from 4pm to 12am.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with a variety of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, and brass.

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.

* Relevant engineering or manufacturing qualifications
