Our client is a rapidly growing business operating in the private rental sector, providing high-quality, purpose-built single and multi-family housing. Due to increasing their property portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Asset Specialist / Estate Manager. Working in the Asset Management team, you will have experience of managing, analysing, and evaluating operating budgets, reviewing portfolio reports, working directly with clients and managing the portfolio.

A clean driving licence and your own vehicle is essential

Salary is up to £30,000 DOE, plus a performance-related 10% bonus, hybrid working (3 days WFH), and pension. Monday to Friday.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• Collating and evaluating data relating to portfolio performance, including renewals and capital expenditure
• Reviewing assets (Houses and apartments) documentation including EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates, EICR’s, SEG certificates and Warranty documents
• Applying for and registering for landlord licences, waste facilities, Council Tax, SEG, EVCP contracts etc
• Property handover and escalations
• Approval of building works up to £500
• Review of operating budgets
• Occasional site visits

ABOUT YOU

• Previous Asset Management, Block Management or Estate Management experience is essential
• Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, including MS Office
• Clean driving licence and own vehicle (with business driving insurance)
