The role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a premium customer experience by handling queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Answering customer enquiries (telephone, emails and Company website as well as eBay and Amazon)
* Processing returned products
* Processing refunds to customers
* Taking in deliveries
* Assisting the Service Manager
* Health and safety
* Being responsible as far as is reasonably practicable for your own health and safety, and the health, safety and welfare of other people
* Compliance with the company's health and safety statement
Skills/Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Friendly and approachable
* Excellent customer service skills
* Organisational skills must be strong
* Willingness to learn and develop skills and product knowledge.
* Able to work individually and as a team
