Our client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking trading firm specialising in physical commodities and market intelligence. They work at the intersection of global supply chains and data-driven insight, helping their clients make strategic decisions with confidence with their forward thinking SaaS platform.
They're looking for a driven and energetic German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing commercial team. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the DACH region and beyond, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.

- £45,000 - £55,000 base salary + uncapped commission (75k OTE Y1)

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and engage German-speaking leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads.
- Work closely with the sales and trading teams to schedule meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in German and English (level C1 minimum).
- 9 - 18 months experience years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (commodities, finance, or SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
- Motivated by performance, growth, and uncapped earning potential.
