Trainee Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery professional to join our client's team and learn the ropes of managing a nursery. As a Trainee Nursery Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in childcare and a desire to grow into a leadership role in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years or above, with 3 years of post qualification experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Willingness to develop leadership skills, with a goal of becoming a nursery manager in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursery manager in daily operations, including staff management, parent communication, and curriculum development
• Participate in staff training and development programs, and support in managing personnel issues
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children
• Support in planning and organizing events, meetings, and parent engagement activities
• Learn and understand the financial aspects of nursery management, such as budgeting and financial reporting
